Directions to the Georgetown Loop Railroad

The Georgetown Loop Historic Mining and Railroad Park is located 45 miles west of Denver, just off Interstate 70. Visitors may board the train at either the Devil’s Gate Station in Georgetown or the Silver Plume Depot.

When traveling on Interstate 70, east or westbound, take Exit #226. Parking is free and is located just west of the Silver Plume Depot along the service road.

Devil's Gate Station

When traveling on Interstate 70, east or westbound, take Exit #228. Turn right at the Visitor’s Center and follow the signs to Loop Drive from Argentine Street or Sixth Street to the Devil’s Gate parking area. Parking is free and limited to passenger vehicles only.
